Initial Consultation
It can be difficult to find the right therapist! I offer free 15 minute consultations so you can ask me any questions and see if you want to work with me. If you want to move forward, we can schedule our first session. There won't be any pressure.
For individual therapy, Utah and Washington clients can use the insurances listed below. Do you live outside of Utah/Washington or is your insurance not listed? No problem! I have partnered with Thrizer to handle the out-of-network process automatically. If you'd like to work with me, I can have Thrizer check your out-of-network insurance benefits, or you can contact your insurance directly about your out-of-network benefits.
